This is the course that started this site. It consists of YouTube pedal steel guitar lessons from various creators, gathered and organized into an orderly plan. The authors are experienced gigging players who are giving you the benefit of their experience. The aim is to introduce someone to E9 pedal steel and to teach them, step-by-step, how to setup and play one. It assumes no experience. It includes lessons about instrument parts and operation, tuning, techniques, chords, scales, and licks. This course is designed to get you up and running.

His works are entertaining and useful and his deep dives in his "From the Ground Up" series are really good. Here is his offering of a short Steel Guitar Course.
